Aurora Studios retains all copyrights to the Photographs. Upon full payment, the Client receives a limited license to use the Photographs for personal or commercial purposes as specified in the service agreement. This license typically includes the right to reproduce the Photographs for personal use, social media, and marketing materials. The Client may not sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Photographs without our express written permission. For commercial usage, separate licensing agreements may be required.

6. Model Release

If the Photographs include identifiable individuals, it is the Client's responsibility to obtain appropriate model releases. Aurora Studios is not responsible for obtaining model releases unless explicitly stated in the service agreement. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Aurora Studios harmless from any claims arising from the lack of a valid model release.

7. Liability

Aurora Studios is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the provision of our services, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services. We are not responsible for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in the service agreement. Deposits are generally non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply for rescheduling.
